By accessing or using the Nuevolista platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To use certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years of age to create an account

3. Property Listings

Users who list properties on Nuevolista agree to the following conditions:

• All listing information must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• Listing images must be genuine and representative of the property
• You must have legal authority to list the property (ownership or authorized agent)
• Ownership and authorization may be subject to verification by our team
• Pricing and availability must be kept up to date
• Listings that violate these terms may be removed without notice
• Nuevolista does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing and is not a party to any transaction

4. User Conduct

When using Nuevolista, you agree not to:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive property listings
• Harass, intimidate, or threaten other users
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit illegal activities
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers connected to it
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or systems
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the platform
• Post spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material

5. Intellectual Property

The Nuevolista platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nuevolista and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they post but grant Nuevolista a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nuevolista is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Nuevolista makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing
• We are not responsible for any transactions or agreements between users
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our platform after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
